    I highly recommend them! The communication and pricing and planning all were great. The best part is they showed up and took care of everything, I didn’t have to worry. Their set-up was gorgeous, their specialty drinks were AMAZING and even the garnishes were perfect (an edible flower on one!).     They were absolutely incredible! We received 4 signature cocktails with our package and everyone was raving about how delicious they were. Never even close to running low on alcohol for our 4 hour reception and our bartenders were so friendly and gracious. Set up was perfect! FAQ's

  • We are a full scale mobile bartending service and beverage catering company. When you hire our services, we do ALL the work for you. We provide everything from cups, ice, non-alcoholic beverages, insured professional bartenders and the physical bar, along with every little detail to have a full bar pop up at your event.

  • We do not typically provide labor only. At times, however, we may make exceptions.

  • Absolutely! We will happily work with you to customize your bar program.

  • Rest assured that Bars on Wheels is covered by extensive Liquor Liability Insurance. This coverage permits our business and all employees to serve alcohol at your private event with confidence and peace of mind.

  • We do not offer a cash bar in any capacity. We sell packages that you as the host of your private event purchase and then your guests have an open bar for a minimum of 4 hours. Hosts may choose to add extra hours with additional service and staffing fees.

  • Dress Code: Our standard attire is all black business professional and/or cocktail style. We would be delighted to align our outfit with the theme of your event if informed beforehand. Feel free to share your preferences with us ahead of time!

  • Our bar packages include high-quality disposable cups, but not glassware. We may provide glass flutes for a champagne toast with a rental fee as well as glass tasting tulips for bourbon and wine tastings.

    We are happy consult with the host or party planner on the type and quantity of glassware and take care of the ordering if necessary.

  • Our prices are based on the average consumption for all guests which include the use of high quality disposable drinkware, napkins, ice, non alcoholic options, garnishes, etc. All of your guests will come to the bar from open until close for a variety and range of drinks, some more thirsty than others:)

  • 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance, and final headcount, should it increase, is due one month prior to your event.

  • We currently accept payment via check, cash, credit card, debit, ACH bank transfer, and Apple Pay.

  • Our invoices always include gratuity. Our bartenders will place tip jars on the bar unless the host wishes a no tip jar option, in this case, we will adjust the gratuity accordingly.

  • A lot of careful, detailed, and personalized planning is put into building a bar program. This charge takes into consideration our time with clients corresponding via email, text and phone calls to design the perfectmenu and flow for your event, day of logistics, gas/mileage on our vehicles, many types of insurance, including Liquor Liability for each of our staff members, and General Liability. We are happy to add your venue to our COI. Service Charge also covers back of house preparations such as garnish prep and dehydration, simple syrup and cordial crafting, pre-batching cocktail bases and mocktails, ordering, stocking inventory, loading and unloading vans, washing dishes and equipment, inventory, etc.

  • We divide the bar package total by 4 to represent the cost per hour. We simply then add the cost of the bar package per hour.

  • We offer our portable bars, high-top cocktail tables, a white wooden bar facade, an event tent with lighting, lighted bar trelises, and glavanized tubs for rent.
